Processing time Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of payment confirmation (on business days).

Delivery time

• Netherlands: 1–3 business days after dispatch
• European Union: 3–7 business days after dispatch

Shipping costs

• Netherlands: €4,95 for orders under €59,90. Free shipping on orders of €59,90 and above.
• European Union: €12,95 (no free shipping threshold applies)

Carriers We ship with PostNL (within NL), DHL, or DPD. The carrier is selected based on your location and availability.

Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery in real time.
